Take two finger lengths of thinly poured product and apply to face, ears, neck and décolletage - ensuring even application. Reducing this quantity will lower the level of protection significantly. Apply evenly on exposed areas of skin before sun exposure or going outdoors. Reapply at least every 2 hours for optimal protection. Use a water resistant sunscreen if swimming or sweating.
